Methodists women serve soup and the word of God

“Blessed is the hand that gives because it will receive abundantly,” quoted Mrs Girly Dube from the Methodist Women’s Manyawo Mogoba Society as she dished warm cups of soup with bread for those in need.

It was hard to miss the ladies of Thursday Manyawo draped in their red and white church attires with big smiles on their faces serving soup around eMalahleni.

On Tuesday, July 11 the ladies of faith were first spotted around Saveways Crescent, on Plumer Street, and at a petrol station at the CBD making a difference in the community.
