The Ridge Casino to host eMalahleni’s biggest biking brigade
The Ridge is getting ready to host the biggest Bikers Day eMalahleni have yet to experience. So polish your tyres, dust of your leathers and make sure you are part of this day on April 30.
The recent closure of Evraz Highveld Steel, Vanadium and Vanchem has dominated conversations these past weeks and therefore all the proceeds made on the day will go towards Solidarity’s Helping Hand fund to aid people affected by the steel giant’s closure.
All the exciting fun starts at 9am and will carry on until 6pm. The bikers from all different corners will get together at The Ridge in the morning for breakfast and then proceed to the most glamorous biker’s mass ride through town. The entrance fee for the Bikers Day is either a donation of toiletries or food items. Alternatively entrance is charged at R20 per person and R10 per child. Tickets will be sold at the gate.
Once back at The Ridge the games will literally begin with different biker games on the menu with fabulous prizes up for grabs. The entertainment for the day will be a huge treat with Billy Forrest and Dalene taking to the stage.
For bikers that don’t feel like going home that evening, there is an accommodation special at R757.50 for the night. Contact banqueting for more information on that special: 013 655 9338/9336.
There is also an opportunity for companies to expose their brands on the day. There is limited space left for stall at R 200 per stall. For more information on the stalls contact Caroline Kgotso on 013 655 9496 or email caroline.kgotso@tsogosun.com.
