Mountain and Moon Bistro and Winebar is located in the historical Frater Square building, just off the Main Road in Paarl.

This is the spot to sit down and enjoy the view (and free wifi) while sipping on a coffee or indulging in a slice of one of their decadent cakes.

You are spoilt for choice with their breakfast and lunch menu – or order from their home catering menu to allow yourself a night off from cooking!

Their latest menu includes an all day breakfast menu with timeless classics such as eggs benedict and healthy fruit bowls.  They offer a harvest buffet daily from 12.00 with hearty meals such as lasagna, chicken pie and curry, served with freshly made salads.

At Mountain and Moon Bistro you will find a big selection of cakes and pastries to enjoy.  Their deli section offer cheese, chacuterie, freshly baked bread and a huge selection of artisan sweets and chocolates.  They also have an extensive wine, craft beer and gin offering, paired with cheese platters and a snack menu.

They welcome well behaved dogs and we offer a kiddies menu.  We are wheelchair friendly and are open seven days a week.

Their superb selection of food and drinks are also available for delivery.
