CHLOR HF

This is a highly concentrated, high foaming, sterilizing and cleaning chemical, used for all types of cleaning in the food industry. It is suitable for all food related industries such as, meat factories, dairies, sweet factories, etc. for hard surface cleaning using the foam method.

This cleaning chemical produces a very stable foam and disinfects with its chlorine component. It offers good stain removing properties and is highly concentrated.

To use:

• When using as a foam applicator, it is recommended to dilute between 1:20 (1000 ppm chlorine) and 1:40 (500 ppm chlorine). Foam the surfaces to be cleaned and leave for at least 10 minutes before washing away.
• It can also be used through a high pressure cleaner at a low temperature (ideal 45°C) and a dilution of between 1:75 and 1:100. This product is highly recommended for general food factory cleaning.

Caution: This product should not be used on items such as galvanized surfaces and aluminum alloys. Do not mix with acids or acid based products as this will result in the release of chlorine gas.

1. Please ensure that this product is kept out of reach of children.
2. Wear safety eye-wear, rubber gloves and suitable overalls.
3. Always wash hands after use and do not ingest. If skin irritation persists, seek medical advice.
4. Do not inhale – artificial respiration may be required in severe cases.
5. If product splashes into eyes, wash with clean, running water for at least 10 minutes. Seek medical advice is irritation persists.

7. Store in a cool, dry place.
8. Keep out of pathways to avoid accidental spillage.
