CS Floor Powder

This cleaning chemical is an effect fat remover and is very economical.

A white, free-flowing powder that contains a high percentage of caustic.  It is therefore rated the strongest of the floor powders. However, the disadvantage is that caustic is not a friendly ingredient and does burn if it comes into contact with the skin.

To use:

• Wet the area to be cleaned and with care spread the product into the water, heat will be generated. 
• Scrub with a hard broom and then leave for 10 minutes so that the powder can react with the dirt.
• Wash away with excess water using a broom. Rinse with clean water.

Caution:

1. This product contains a high percentage of caustic soda and should therefore be handled with care and stored in a very dry cool area. 
2. The container must not be left open as it will react with the atmosphere.
3. Keep out of reach of children. 
4. Wear gloves, protective clothing and face/eye protection. 
5. Avoid eye contact – if it occurs – wash immediately and seek medical attention if necessary.
6. Avoid inhalation – severe irritant – artificial respiration and oxygen may be required in severe cases. 
7. Avoid skin contact, wash off with copious amounts of clean, running water and remove contaminated clothes. Seek medical advice if necessary.
8. Ingestion, DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING, give milk or large quantities of water. Seek medical advice immediately.
9. Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of pathways to avoid accidental spillage
