There are endless activities here to keep guests entertained. Take your pick from fly-fishing, horse riding, game walks, birding and game viewing. The reserve is home to an impressive population of endagered plants and wildlife. Most of the wildlife that occurs here, including blesbok, eland, zebra, waterbuck and blue wildebeest, occurs naturally in the area and the reserve is managed to preserve indigenous populations.

The reserve is also acclaimed for hosting one of the richest and most diverse flora sanctuaries in the region. It is always a popular activity to take a casual stroll through the mistbelt vegetation here, which is one of the most endagered vegetative regions in the world.

Getting there: from Durban, take the N3 going to Howick. Here, turn off at the R617 going to Boston. Tillietudlem is 7km along this road after Boston, the turn off is on your right hand side.
