Klawer Wine Cellars, Cederberg, Western Cape
The Klawer Wine Cellars started off as a co-operative for the wine farming community in the valley between the towns of Clanwilliam and Vredendal. Initially a bulk cellar, Klawer sold on its wines to other bottling companies for years, but due to the high quality of their wines, the stock began selling out year after year.
That was when Klawer decided to select their best vines and sell them under the Klawer Cellar label. The dynamic, young management team ensures that only the very best of our wines are bottled under the Klawer Cellar private label.

Visitors can taste and purchase the award-winning wines which produces mainly white, red and dessert wines.
Klawer Wine Cellar is situated approximately three hour’s drive north of Cape Town on the N7 highway. While traveling from Cape Town to Klawer you will experience a region of breath-taking beauty and diversity.
