Hartbeespoort Snake and Animal Park
The Harteespoort Snake and Animal Park is a great place to take the kids, but even if you don’t have any children to entertain, it’s a worthwhile visit to see exotic animal species such tigers, chimpanzees and snakes.
An interesting feature of this park is that many of the animals here are not only tame, but trained TV stars.
Getting there: The Park is located on the eastern shore of the Hartbeespoort Dam in the suburb of Schoemansville on the R104, just before the tunnel and dam wall.
