The Fancourt Courses are located in George on the Garden Route. There are 3 courses – the Links, Montagu and the Outeniqua. Play is restricted to members, their guests and resort guests.
The Links golf course is a highlight for any golf visitor to South Africa. It is a most impressive piece of golf design and construction. Fancourt owner Dr Hasso Plattner, commissioned Gary Player to build a golf course, which would not only be a thorough test for every golfer, but would also rank among the top courses in the world.

The Montagu course is a much celebrated parkland course and has been ranked as the number-one golf course in South Africa in the past. This immaculate golf course has recently undergone major renovations with several holes being redesigned. With world class conditioning and a setting that takes in mountains, water and wildlife, not to mention an ideal golfing climate, there is nothing to beat a round of golf at Fancourt. The Outeniqua Course is another majestic 18-hole Parkland layout at Fancourt. Designed by legendary Grand Slam golfer Gary Player, it is similar in character to its sibling The Montagu, and its challenging design and fine conditioning will ensure an excellent test for all levels of golfers.
