Constantia Uitsig Wine Estate, Constantia, Cape TownConstantia Uitsig Wine Estate was originally a part of the Groot Constantia Estate owned by the renowned Governor of the Cape, Simon van der Stel. The Lategan family arrived in the country in 1735 and acquired the land sometime after van der Stel gained official title in 1785.
