South Africa is No Longer in a State of Disaster
On 04 April 2022, at midnight it was officially announced that South Africa is no longer in a State of Disaster. While some regulations have now fallen away, a few transitional measures remain in place in order to ensure a smooth transition.
The following transitional measures will remain in place:
- MASKS are required in indoor public spaces.
- GATHERINGS of no more than 50% capacity are allowed.
- INTERNATIONAL ARRIVALS require proof of vaccination or a negative Covid19 test.
