Heart-warming Valentine’s Day special at Fish Eagle Café
Make this a truly memorable Valentine’s Day for that special person in your life by taking advantage of the incredible Valentine’s dinner special at Fish Eagle Café, based at Scottburgh’s Crocworld Conservation Centre.
“At the heart of it, the perfect Valentine’s experience hinges on the meal and we have planned an incredible Valentine’s Day menu in the most sensational setting,” said Fish Eagle Café’s Executive Chef and Manager, Morne van Zyl. “The experience will rekindle the romance in any relationship and make you fall in love with your significant other all over again!”
Situated within the ecologically diverse Mpambanyoni Conservation Development, Crocworld’s Fish Eagle Café offers stunning views of the Indian Ocean and natural coastal forest. The recently-opened restaurant offers incredible food and service in a stylishly-decorated space and deck area.
This year’s Valentine’s Day set menu is overflowing with delectable food options, and each couple will receive a pink cocktail on arrival with a bottle of bubbly and decadent gift all inclusive in the special. The starter consists of smoked salmon terrine and crispy bruschetta followed by a delicious linguine and shrimp scampi.
Taking centre stage is roast duck kissed with lavender honey accompanied by pommes terre dauphinoise, sweet-minted peas and carrots with jasmine rice. The cherry on top of the evening is the truly decadent dessert menu – chocolat fondant laced with sweetened whipped cream, mixed berries and white chocolate mousse.
The cost is 450 per couple with the Valentine’s Dinner starting at 6.30pm. For more information or to make a booking, contact the Fish Eagle Café on 083 658 7073, 078 484 1859 or email mvanzyl@cbl.co.za.
