Trafalgar

Trafalgar is a small residential area on a magnificent Blue Flag beach just south of Southbroom and close to San Lameer on the Hibiscus Coast of KwaZulu-Natal. There are no shops or restaurants and only basic facilities at the beach.

In fact, from Southbroom to Munster, in the space of about 15 km, and starting at Southbroom, the following wall to wall holiday/residential areas with their own magnificent beaches can be found: Marina Beach, San Lameer, Trafalgar, Palm Beach and then Glenmore/Munster.

The pristine beach is wide and warm and the surf is perfect for swimming and surfing. Lifeguards are on duty every day throughout the year and the waters are protected by shark nets. There are some rocky reef formations just off-shore ideal for snorkelling.

There is a sign on the N2 highway directing you to the beach.
