Thaba Nchu
Thaba Nchu is a small town about 60km from Bloemfontein, with an interesting and unique history rooted in the tribal migrations and wars of the past two centuries, as well as a somewhat unusual tribal/colonial alliance that resulted in Thaba Nchu rising as a wholly enfranchised black town from the 19th century on.
