Mrs Mpumalanga believes a woman of substance is a woman of character
“The most attractive qualities expected in a woman of substance are a positive attitude, a balanced extroversion and confidence,” she said.
Mrs Mpumalanga, Ntombi Ngobese, gave a speech titled “A woman of substance is a woman of character’ at the Department of Community Safety, Security and Liaison’s women’s celebration workshop on August 19.
Ms Ngobese believes a woman of character is not defined by her occupation, but by her attitude, morals and self-respect.
“The most attractive qualities expected in a woman of substance are a positive attitude, a balanced extroversion and confidence,” she said.
She said a woman of substance is a woman of morals; she stands up for those who do not have a voice, does not gossip about others and is passionate about life.
She cares about others more than herself, she protects her family, she knows her worth and does not allow any insults.
She is self-reliant and knows where to put a stop to matters.
