Rustenburg trees go Pink again
From 15 September to 30 October trees in Rustenburg will be wrapped in pink again as part of the Pink Trees for Pauline campaign.
Pink Trees for Pauline’s purpose is to create awareness, unite communities and raise money for those afflicted with cancer in a uniquely inspired way ……. by turning towns pink!
This is a Cancer Awareness project specifically for Service Delivery. The project entails that pink cloth is sold at CANSA Rustenburg for R25-00 pm to wrap trees or pillars in pink only from the 15 Sept – 30 Oct. Please take off the cloth on the 30 Oct.
Funds raised in a community will be allocated towards Cancer care and support eg:
– Support cancer patients with food parcels
– Transport to and from treatment centres
– Accommodation of patients during treatment in our CANSA Care Homes
– Medical equipment, eg wigs, breast prosthesis.
Please take a photo of your Pink Tree in front of your house, workplace or school and email to eheese@cansa.org.za. to place on our Facebook page.
Please note no branding on the tree, only the pink cloth.
Thank you for being part of this exciting project.
