Ale House – Hartebeespoort, North West Province
The Ale House is a pub and micro brewery in Broederstroom in North West Province (just off the R512 Road). They are hosts of regular events, with their annual popular Solstice Festival. The Ale House also holds regular brewing demonstrations. Contact them on 082 464 9387.
Chameleon Brewhouse – Hartebeespoort, North West Province
Chameleon Brewhouse had its unwitting origins in a small town in Germany where now, brewmaster Ruaan had his first sip of weiss beer. After his return to South Africa, Ruaan began brewing his own. Today you can find the Chameleon Brewhouse on the R104 Road in Chameleon Village in Hartebeespoort. They only trade on weekends, but during school holidays they operate at the same hours every day.
