A vacancy currently exists for a secretarial / administrative assistant on a half day basis with human resources experience in a business based in Rustenburg.
Purpose of the job:
Half day position (08:00 – 13:00)
Secretarial and Personal assistant, Administrative, Cash control, Liaison duties, Travelling when required.
Key roles and responsibilities:
Administrative including filing and managing a diary,
Secretarial and managing a landline and cell phone,
typing of letters and compiling of spread sheets,
compiling monthly graphs,
Management of cash received and the banking thereof,
compiling and copying of court bundles,
processing of membership cards,
Liaison and arrangement of venues,
accommodation and travelling,
general cleanliness and tidiness of the office.
Experience required:
Human Resources and Administrative exposure of at least 3 years.
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point & Sage (Pastell) Accounting software, effective management of Outlook.
Outstanding communication in Afrikaans & English. Tswana will be an added advantage.
Own vehicle.
Minimum Qualifications:
Grade 12
3 Years’ experience in Human Resources & administrative environment.
