Conquer the IMPI Challenge in support of SPCA Rustenburg

When entering online for the IMPI Challenge #2 that will take place at the iconic Van Gaalen Kaasmakerij (North West Province) on Saturday 02 November 2019, adventure seekers can support the SPCA Rustenburg by donating towards this worthy charity.

Founded in 1936, the SPCA Rustenburg’s mission is to combat cruelty towards animals and promote the proper care of ALL animals – through advancing awareness in the communities that it serves.

“Our vision is to help create a community that leads South Africa in its care and respect of animals in homes, on farms and in the wild,” says Monique de Jager, Secretary and Fundraising Committee Member SPCA Rustenburg. “It means a great deal to the SPCA Rustenburg to be a charity of the IMPI Challenge. The event grants us the perfect opportunity to interact with the public. We need every single bit of support that we can get to help the voiceless. We love that the IMPI Challenge challenges people. Funds that are raised will go towards our biggest need, which is purchasing dog and cat food as well as medical assistance for them. We are really looking forward to experiencing the IMPI Challenge vibe and meeting new people.”

– Adopt a dog or cat. Give a rescue animal a chance at a happy life and yourself the joy of a faithful companion.

– Shop at the SPCA Rustenburg’s Charity Shop.
– Donate pet food.
– Sponsor a kennel.
– Sponsor one of SPCA Rustenburg’s famous yard cats.
– Make a donation towards the work of the SPCA in protecting and rescuing animals
– Share SPCA Rustenburg’s adoption pictures to get more exposure.
– Become a volunteer.

A trail run with a twist, entrants of all ages can look forward to an adrenaline pumping experience that will test both their physical and mental strength.

Entry Categories & Fees:

IMPI Corporate: 10km with +-18 obstacles and extra benefits (age 16+ years) / R800.00

IMPI Challenge: 10km with +-18 obstacles (age 18+ years) / R400.00

IMPI Dash: 5km with +-11 obstacles (ages 10+, all adults welcome) / R300.00

IMPI Mini (between 08:30 – 12:00): 1km with +-8 smaller supervised obstacles (ages 6 – 10 years) / R100.00
“We have good news for those IMPI Warriors that don’t want to miss the rugby,” says Pieter du Plessis, IMPI Challenge Race Director. “You’ll be able to watch the game in the Festival Village. So after overcoming your fears, you can enjoy a beer in the festival village while watching the 2019 Rugby World Cup final. There is no better way to spend a Saturday.
