As she continues to redefine her role, Kgethi attempts to be her authentic self in her office and to connect with those in the institution on a personal level. Competing for a R 100 000 cash prize, the teams had 3 weeks to take their idea from concept to execution. Winners Tsitsi Marote and Tino Manhema developed a digital filing system for patient profiles, which enabled patients to set up virtual consultations with doctors to limit the risks associated with visiting hospitals.
