Blue Bulls Line Up against WP
The bulls bring back Bismarck, drop Steyn
Hooker Bismarck du Plessis returns, while fellow veteran Morne Steyn has been replaced in the starting XV as the Vodacom Bulls made wholesale changes to face Western Province on Friday.
Bulls coach Edgar Marutulle has rung the changes from the side that got mauled by the Pumas in their Currie Cup opener in Pretoria on Sunday.
Several of those come in the backline, as Chris Smith replaces Steyn – who captained the team against Pumas – at flyhalf, with the seasoned playmaker named among the replacements for this week’s north-south derby at Loftus Versfeld.
Scrumhalf Zak Burger will link up with Smith, while Harold Vorster and Cornal Hendricks will direct traffic in midfield.
