Pay Tekkie Tax to Reduce Cancer Risk in Your Community
It’s the third National Tekkie Tax Dayon Friday 26 May 2016 and CANSA is proud to be an official beneficiary in the education category.
Funds are raised from the sales of stickers on National Tekkie Tax Day at a R10 donation and a pair of trendy shoelaces (known as Tekkie Tags) at R35 a pair, to wear with tekkies on Friday 26 May. Read press release: English | Afrikaans

Items are available from at all Clicks or Toys R Us shops, as well as at CANSA Care Centres across the country.
CANSA Educates to Reduce Cancer Risk
CANSA educates men, women and children regarding the importance of early detection and reducing the risk of cancer, rolling out awareness programmes via 30 CANSA Care Centres throughout the year.
Cancer screening is also provided at Care Centres and via Mobile Health Clinics which screen men and women who live in remote areas, with no other means to being screened.
