Tshwane’s website fault reporting line currently down

The City of Tshwane wishes to inform its customers about a failure of the City’s website server tshwane.webhop.org which is accustomed to reporting power failures via the website and the SMS line 44676.

Mweb which is responsible for hosting the website is busy investigating the cause of this unforeseen service failure. It is not yet known when the platform will be restored to full operation.

Customers are in the meantime advised to use alternative power failure reporting channels, such as SMS line 0826120333 and Contact center 0123589999.

Tshwane apologizes profusely for the inconvenience caused by this unforeseen service interruption.
