Tshwane service delivery affected by protest action
29 July 2019
The City of Tshwane wishes to inform members of the community about the possible delay in responding to calls logged on service delivery related matters through its Customer Care Centers today, 29 July 2019, due to the protest action by the City’s employees.
The turn-around time might be delayed on queries related to power failures, sewerage blockage, water meter and pipe leakages as well as waste collection. All queries related to unblocking and/or reconnection should be sent to Creditcontrol@tshwane.gov.za with a proof of payment.
The City apologises for any inconvenience that might arise as a result of this unanticipated disruption which also saw several operational routes in the Tshwane Central Business District blockaded by municipal buses.
The City of Tshwane wishes to urge residents to remain patient during this period.
