The City Of Tshwane To Launch The Inclusive And Sustainable Health Care Service
The City of Tshwane, in partnership with Médecins San’s Frontières (MSF) commonly known as Doctors Without Borders, will on Thursday,
12 August 2021, launch the Inclusive and Sustainable Health Care Service initiative.
The launch follows the signing of a Memorandum of Understating (MoU) between the two institutions with the view of providing health and social-related services that will improve the lives of the residents of Tshwane.
The two institutions will among others, collaborate in the provision of:
- Mental health services
- Quality and free primary health care
- Psychosocial services to migrants and vulnerable homeless people residing in shelters/ streets
- Outreach programs and COVID-19 medical and professional services to the target population, migrants, and vulnerable people
