Temporary closure of the Credit Control Satellite Offices

The City of Tshwane wishes to inform its customers about the temporary closure of the Credit Control Satellite Offices, rendering after-hours services, from 19 until 22 April 2019 – during Easter holidays.
Residents whose municipal accounts are in arrears and/ or disconnected, are urged to make payments timeously at their nearest customer care centres to ensure that they are reconnected.
You can also view your City of Tshwane account, lodge a complaint or query and make payments to the City of Tshwane electronically on www.tshwane.gov.za? This service is available all hours of the day. Click on the e-Tshwane link and follow the instructions.
The following alternative reporting facilities are available
- Power failures can also be reported by SMS or online. SMS the word “power” followed by your account number to 082 612 0333 or 44676 or visit www.tshwane.gov.za and follow the Report Power Failure link .
- To report potholes, you can send an email to potholes@tshwane.gov.za
- To report faulty traffic lights, you can send an email to trafficsignalfaults@tshwane.gov.za
- To report water leaks, you can send an email to Waterleaks@tshwane.gov.za
- Should you have any enquiries related to water quality, please send an email to drinkingwater@tshwane.gov.za.
- Meter readings can be emailed to meterrecords@tshwane.gov.za on the correct billing period date. For billing periods, please visit www.tshwane.gov.za.
