City of Tshwane Service Excellence Awards

It is once again time for the City of Tshwane to acknowledge those employees who ignite excellence in service delivery through the prestigious Tshwane Service Excellence Awards ceremony. The City will host the award certification ceremony and hand over the certificates to the nominated employees who went the extra mile from 1 July 2014 to 30 June 2015 at a certification ceremony to be held on Tuesday, September 1 2015.

The top employees/winners who were selected by a distinguished panel of external judges, based on project evidence provided by the nominators, will be announced at a gala dinner on Tuesday, 25 September 2015.

The Tshwane Service Excellence Awards nominations were open 14 July and closed on the 14 August – focussing on the following categories:

• Best Professional/Specialist
• Outstanding Supervisor
• Customer Service
• Administrative and Auxiliary Support
• Best Improved Individual or Team
• Heroes Award
• Woman in a Technical or Specialised Field
• Project Management
• Trade and Manual Labour
• Innovation Award

The certification ceremony and gala dinner will be held as follows:

Date:          1 September 2015: Certification ceremony at 08:00

25 September 2015: Gala dinner at 18:30
