City of Tshwane embarks on a community outreach programme

The City of Tshwane will, as from tomorrow, April 11 2019 until Thursday April 18 2019, embark on a Municipal Services Community Outreach Programme in Region 6, east of Pretoria.
The outreach is aimed at creating a better understanding of the City’s services and enhancing the City’s relationship with its customers. It also forms part of the City’s commitment to fast-track service delivery and promote the Batho Pele principle.
During this period, municipal officials will be onsite at various selected venues from 08:00 until 15:00 to assist ratepayers with the following billing queries:
- Meter reading and invoicing
- Property rates
- Credit control and assistance with payment arrangements
- Billing enquiries
- Registration of customers for indigent subsidy benefits
- Revenue protection and related matters
Residents in the below mentioned areas who have billing queries and other municipal services problems are encouraged to attend and should have their account numbers at hand when querying their utility bills.
