Vodacom Bulls vs Chiefs – Behind the Pavilion
Vodacom Bulls vs Chiefs – Behind the Pavilion
For many, Loftus stadium is like a holy land and a pilgrimage of sorts is undertaken by every true supporter.
Some people only ever get one chance to watch a game there. Others are less fortunate or content with watching the rugby at home or with friends at a pub. Local supporters make up a fair percentage of attendance, but mostly it’s the die-hard fans from no-man’s land that make their presence known on match days. Nowhere is this more apparent than behind the pavilion, at the beer tent!
There you will find not only ice cold beer, but live music, food stalls, kids activities and huge television screens so you won’t miss a second of the action. Not to mention the biggest Blue Bulls fans you will ever come across!
From Kakamas to Elisras, there’s no stopping the blue machine and ShowMe was there to catch the fans from far and wide during Saturday’s Super Rugby game.
Here is a gallery of all the action that didn’t take place on the pavilion:

Despite a draw of 34-all, the action went on late into the night behind the pavilion.
