Pretoria Public Libraries

General services at these libraries include assistance with school projects, study facilities, photocopying services and book loans.

The National Library of South Africa is also sitautated in Pretoria, at 75 Thabo Sehume (formerly Andries) Street.

Founded in 1887, the library functions as a public resource centre with seating for 1 800 library users and has over 500 computers.

The library is also conveniently situated nearby tertiary institutions like the University of South Africa and the University of Pretoria.
