Opened in 1994 the course has a small river that creates interesting hazards with the element of water.

Nestled in one of Pretoria’s most prestigious suburbs lies a landmark namely the Pretoria Country Club.
Rated one of the top 50 courses in the country the club is set in magnificent surroundings and is kept beautiful green and immaculate due to a sophisticated irrigation system.
Surrounded by big willow trees the back nine is most challenging of the course with the 13th (400 meters) and 15th (380 meters) both somewhat punishing par-fours where water also come into play with both the tee – and approach shot. Recently upgraded by The Gary Player Design Group this is a crucial course for the competitive golfer.
