There must be more to the Easter Bunny other than hiding tasty treats in the garden?
Most children are curious about the Easter Bunny. There are a lot of facts about Santa Claus, he lives in the North pole, his favorite reindeer is Rudolf the Rednose Reindeer and he has elves working in is toy factory, but who is the Easter Bunny?

- Like all bunnies, the Easter Bunny lives in a burrow, however, the exact location of his burrow is a mystery. Although we think that he might be from Germany as the custom was first mentioned in Georg Franck von Franckenau’s De ovis paschalibus[2] (About Easter Eggs) in 1682[3] referring to a German tradition of an Easter Hare bringing Easter eggs for the children.

- During the year, the Easter bunny disguises himself to look just like any other bunny, hopping around in fields and parks, but when he returns to his burrow he and his helpers are filling Easter Eggs and baskets.
- Did you know that the Easter Bunny’s helpers look just like all the other bunnies? Who knows, you may have spotted a helper once or twice.
- It is also believed that the night before Easter the Easter Bunny comes out of his burrow and uses magic to grow into a big rabbit to deliver the eggs and baskets.
- The Easter Bunny has a magical basket. It has been said, that the basket is bottomless, he can just stick his hand in the basket to take out an egg. When he takes one, another one magically appears in its place. That way there will be enough Easter Eggs for all the children.
- The Easter Bunny is hundreds of years old! He stays healthy by eating a lot of vegetables, and because he is a magical creature.
- Santa likes a treat of milk and cookies when he delivers gifts on Christmas and the Easter Bunny likes it when children leave him some carrots to snack on when he hides the treats in the garden.
