113th SA Open Golf Tournament Center Stage in Centurion
Golf enthusiasts from Pretoria are in for a treat as the 113th SA Open Golf Tournament unfolds this weekend at the picturesque Blair Atholl Golf & Equestrian Estate near Lanseria in Centurion.
Following the triumph of last year’s edition at the same golf estate, the esteemed SA Open golf tournament makes a grand return to Centurion. Celebrating its 120th anniversary this year, this historic tournament, one of the oldest in the world, will grace the Blair Atholl Golf & Equestrian Estate in Lanseria, Centurion, from November 30 to December 3, 2023.
While the tournament marks its 120th year (since its inception in 1903), the 2023 event will officially be the 113th edition. The interruptions during the war years, both the first and second World Wars, and the years 2020 and 2021 due to the Covid crisis, meant no SA Open took place during those periods.
