Admin Clerk: Trust Administration Department – Pretoria East
A large boutique law firm based in Pretoria East urgently needs an Admin Clerk in their Trust Administration Department to start immediately or as soon as possible!
Please note that this is a BEE position.
Salary: R 6 000 – R 9 000 depending on experience.
Requirements:
Require a candidate with excellent administrative skills, who pays attention to detail.
Candidate should be willing to learn and should be able to work under pressure.
This is a BEE position.
Candidate must be computer literate.
Candidate must have basic knowledge in Road Accident Fund procedures (please note this is not
a candidate attorney position).
If the candidate has Trust administration experience, it will be an advantage.
Female Candidate between the ages of 19 – 30 preferred.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Drafting of Trust registration documentation.
Consents for Court on Trusts and Curator Applications.
Follow up on registrations at the Master of the High Court.
Corresponding with Advocates and Attorneys.
Corresponding with Clients and family members of the Clients.
Corresponding with SARS.
Keeping a diary.
Making appointments.
Assisting in the day-to-day administration of Trusts and Curatorship.
