This past Saturday, bikers burned up more than just rubber at the SAM MCC 3rd Day jol!
“It’s about a way of life, a proud way of life, an unspoken code of respect, loyalty, ethics & integrity”: The Bikers Code
Many clubs came from out of town to enjoy and partake in the day’s action. The sound of revving bikes and the smell of burning tyres filled the air in and around Jabulani Lodge, while the SAM’s was setting the vibe inside the venue. They did this in various ways; from all round competitions, games, food stalls, music and just an old school get together; all the way to the infamous SAM trademark Afrikaans song; “Stukkie van der Merwe”.
Jannie Venter, the President of the SAM’s, was very happy with the turnout and support of the different clubs and all around outcome of the day. He thanked each and every participant who made the day a success. He asked to keep your calender’s open for next year’s event.
An Exciting prize giving and charity auction marked the end of an yet another awesome SAM’s jol.
See who else made the jol “vol”:
