Cheers to Charity!
Once again last night, the Solidarity Helping Hand’s Moreleta branch, proved that they are dedicated to investing in the future of our children while still enriching the lives of others. They hosted a successful and fun evening of beer tasting, with delicious food and great company, at the renowned Capital Craft Beer Academy.
Alice Rykheer, a grade 12 student at the Waterkloof High school and a very talented artist, work (paintings and drawings) were showcased at the event. This fundraising event, like many before them, was held to raise bursary funds for the less privileged but talented young people that want to pursue their dreams, just like Alice. The evening was also to create awareness of what was achieved and to say thank you to the generous donors.
The Moreleta branch is currently involved in several community projects in Pretoria and assists wherever there is a need. Primary Schools like Garstfontein and Constantia Park, New Day Jeughuis, Danville Service centre etc. are all benefiting from this initiative. Become part of this worthy initiative and get involved as a volunteer or a donor.
All who attended would agree that there is no better way to give back to the community, than to have a good time while you’re doing it.
So, the only thing left to say is:”Cheers Solidarity Helping Hand’s Moreleta branch!”
