Bestmed Tuks Race 2015
A day filled with sport, fun, family and friends. This years Bestmed Tuks Race was focused on community and family participation.
According to Dries La Grange, CEO of Bestmed, the goal is to to encourage healthy living and preventative healthcare. Deputy minister of sport, Gert Oosthuizen started the 21.1 km race at just after 6am on Saturday morning on the sport grounds of The University of Pretoria.

The event included the new 1km race dedicated to raising awareness and funds for cancer, as well as the 21.1 km, 10km and 5km races and the 10km wheelchair races. More that 13 000 participants took part in the race with the finish line at the LC de Villiers athletics track decorated in Bestmed blue and white.

After the race, everyone relaxed on the sport grounds and enjoyed live music performances and kids also had a fun play area on the field.
