If you attend events like this, you will come to realise that bikers are just every day people who chose a different lifestyle. They have a special bond, respect and honour like no other, with big hearts for giving to the underprivileged.
Propped up with toys of all shapes and sizes, both biker and beast, gathered yesterday morning bright and early, to once again join this momentous ride for charity.
The Toy Run is arguably one of South Africa’s largest motorcycle rides, hosted in all major capital cities, where thousands of bikers rally together to give back to the needy children of South Africa. Toy Run Pretoria kicked off at Kolonnade Retail Park at 8am where thousands rode in mass format to the Hartbeespoort Holiday Resort; where toys, non-perishables and toiletries where donated.
Well done to all the bikers, the Marshalls (for keeping the bikers safe on the road), the Pretoria Biking Council and the event organizers for making a difference to many young lives this Christmas, by spreading the message of hope!
