Mountain biking nine laps under an hour and 30 minutes over tough obstacles looks challenging but extremely fun at the same time.
Cross country mountain biking is designed to keep the rider busy for 90 minutes, it’s an extremely technical 3.3 km track with short brutal climbs,” explained Pierre, the organiser of XCOSA.
XC mountain biking is a popular discipline of the sport and the only Olympic MTB sport, according to Pierre who also coaches the riders, it takes four to six years to hone professional XCO skills.
