Tremor Music Festival first time in South Africa
For the first time in South Africa, the Electronic Music Dance Festival, Tremor Fest will be taking place at the Voortrekker Monument in Pretoria on 18 August 2018. The brainchild of organisers who have organised various music shows and international dance competitions, Tremor Fest will feature first class sound and production with an unforgettable party from sunset to sunrise.
Currently shaking up Europe and visiting South Africa for the first time, the headliner for Tremor Fest will be David Puentez all the way from Germany. This high-flying DJ and producer has been gaining himself a reputation as one of the industry’s most exciting new talents since he exploded onto the scene. It’s no surprise that Tiesto, David Guetta, Diplo, Martin Garrix, Axwell Λ Ingrosso, Alesso and a vast amount of tastemakers have been throwing their support behind the
multi-talented artist and playing his tracks and remixes at major festivals like Tomorrowland, Ultra Music Festival or Coachella Festival.
David regularly headlines shows at world famous clubs like Lure Hollywood, Highlife Auckland, Hive Copenhagen, High Club Nice, Cavalli Club Dubai and Bootshaus Cologne. His releases get signed by Spinnin Records, Musical Freedom, Virgin Records, Armada Trice, Atlantic Records, Sony and Playbox Music, besides several #1 TOP 5 chart positions on iTunes, Beatport and Sirius XM and he has worked as a remixer for the likes of Axwell Λ Ingrosso, Tiësto, Galantis, Kid Ink, Akon, Flo Rida and Nicky Romero to name only a few! David is excited to perform at Tremor Fest and visit South Africa for the first time!
The local line-up includes EDM royalty Pascal & Pearce, Chris Taylor, Chunda Munki, VIMO, Austin Cassim and Ricardo da Costa – all of whom have been exploding on club and festival stages across the country.
