Pretoria High School for Girls (phsg) Will Host Its 104^Th spring Fair on Saturday, 6 September at The School with A Range of Activities to Suit Everyone for A Fantastic Family Day Out. Stalls Line the School’s Budding Formal Gardens and Delicious Food Ranging from Spicy Butter Chicken, Freshly Braaied Boerewors, Portuguese Prego Rolls and Flavoursome Kotas Are Just Some of The Goodies on Offer. Treats Include Hot Pancakes Topped with Cinnamon and Sugar; Bubble Tea and A Range of Desserts to Sweeten the Deal. As per Tradition, the Celebrated Pretoria Boys High School Pipe Band Will Also Put on Their Annual Performance, While Tuks Fm Will Broadcast Live from The Event. Organised by The Parents’ Association, This Is the School’s Largest Fundraising Event for The Year. It Takes Months of Preparation by The Whole School Community, Including Donations from Families and Volunteers Giving Generously of Their Time to Run the Stalls and Plan Everything on Offer to Make It a Memorable and Enjoyable Event for Visitors. All Proceeds Are Used to Directly Benefit the Learners of The School Through Various Academic, Cultural and Sport Initiatives. The Learners Take Great Pride in Participating in The Day by Helping at Stalls as A Way of Giving Back to Their School Community Whilst Also Having Fun. A Massive Bookstall Takes Over the Stately School Hall for The Day, Offering Books to Suit All Tastes – from Children’s Books and Non-Fiction to The Latest Bestsellers and Diy Guides. Famous for Rare Book Finds and Competitive Prices, Book Lovers Come from Far and Wide to Pick up Their Latest Read. The Fair’s Thrift Stall Has Proven to Be One of The Most Popular Attractions, with Tons of Visitors Rushing to Grab Great Deals on Second-Hand Clothing and Other Household Items. Despite Being a Cashless Event, the Thrift Stall Is Available via A Separate Entrance and Will Be Accepting Cash. The Fair Offers Live Performances from The School’s Gifted Music Students, Eager to Show Off Their Skills.
