Show village launch a roaring success
The launch of PE’s new security estate saw more than 300 visitors on Sunday 22 May for the opening of the show village.
“We want to show people what living in Fourleaf Estate would be like” said Development Manager Pieter Du Toit when addressing the crowd. Each one of the homes is beautifully furnished and decorated, so that the visitors are immediately transported from a “show house” into the myriad interior possibilities of actual homes that these houses represent.
Visitors are treated to the look, feel, size and flow of the homes. The show village is open daily and viewings can be arranged with the agents from Louw Lochner Properties, the primary agents for this development.
The 7 types of homes on the estate currently sell from between R510 000 and R839 000, resulting in monthly bond repayments R5006.00 per month.
“Our development philosophy is to build security estates with homes that each has its own identity. We are in a fortunate position that we can change the way people live with what we develop. Building safe, secure and quality homes at rates that people can afford is very important, but we also create a unique identity for each Estate. In the case of Fourleaf Estate, modern finishes and the clever use of space are integral parts of the overall design. Also the connection between the parks where children can play, and the areas where residents can relax quietly are key considerations’’ says Du Toit.
Four of the visitors to the #SundayFunday show village opening event had a stake in the R20 000 prize lucky draw. Denzel Williams got particularly lucky when his signed Intent to Purchase won him a cash prize of R10 000 pending registration of his home.
It was announced that Phase 1 is currently under construction and selling. Once completed around 300 families will eventually call Fourleaf Estate their home.
