Aloe sap – Helps cure sores and wounds and sunburn.
Lemon – Gargle the juice for a sore throat.
Rasberry and peppermint – make a tea out of the leaves that helps cure diaharrea.
Dandelions, chickory or chickweed – Made into a tea, it will cure constipation.
Dill pickles – rub on the affected area if you have a cramp.
Basil – Rub on insect bites it reduces the swelling and the itch.
Ginger – If you feeling nauseous add some to a cup of tea.
