SERVICES
Home Inspections
The new Property Practitioners Bill requires Agents to treat all parties (buyers and sellers) with equal fairness and openness in line with Consumer Protection. These inspections help to identify the true condition of properties before any sales. Agents and Sellers are protected from buyers’ claims if any defects are discovered after the sale. Buyers are protected against any defects noted before the sale. Those who don’t obtain Home Inspection Reports cannot later claim from the Agent or Seller. We can assist you in conducting an Independent Home Inspection for your Buyer or Seller.
10 Year Maintenance Inspection
Section 24 of the Bill of Rights, embedded in the Constitution of South Africa, grants everyone the right to an environment that is not harmful to their health or wellbeing. The Sectional Titles Schemes Management Rule 22 requires a 10 year maintenance inspection and report on the general physical condition of all buildings, with specific reference to any defects in the buildings, services and facilities, and its maintenance/repair thereof. The Acts stipulates that the building owner (or appointed Managing Agent and Body Corporate) is responsible for ensuring compliance. We can assist you in Conducting your 10 year maintenance inspection reports and maintenance plans.
Management
We offer Project Management services for any of your maintenance projects or new builds. We also can assist with the development of technical specifications and project scope of works. Management services would include quality control and ensuring that any project is executed as per the project specifications.
Consulting
We are Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) registered professionals. We can assist you with any Civil Engineering designs and drawings. Our expertise includes water reticulation designs, sewerage reticulation designs, storm water reticulation designs, road designs, contract management, etc. We also have a network of various specialist that we can bring on board your unique project.
CONTRACTOR DATABASE
The Contractor Database is a database of service providers such as Building Contractors, Maintenance Contractors, Plumbers, Electricians, Handymen, Material Suppliers, Tillers, Fencing Contractors, Roofing Contractors, Specialists, etc.
We have created a convenient platform for Contractors seeking job opportunities and Clients seeking reliable contractors to come together.
Our Clients include the General Public, Managing Agents, Body Corporates, Government Entities, Commercial and Industrial Companies.
