Fast Response Leads To 7 Arrests During The Weekend
Atlas Security Armed Response Officers were kept busy this past weekend, responding to over 20 incidents, including Armed Robberies, house robberies, theft out of motor vehicles and trespassing. At Atlas Security we pride ourselves on fast response times, this ensures minimal loss for our clients and in some cases an arrest.
- In Beverley Grove, 3 arrests were made in 2 separate incidents, in the second incident our Armed Response Officer stopped a suspicious male, during the search a black back pack with a number of expired credit and bank cards, payslips and ID Books were found, including home made weapons which are normally used for house break-ins.
- 2 suspects were caught on the corner of Brymore and Kabega Roads after they had broken in to a business in Walker Drive, cash and stolen goods were recovered.
- A suspect stole items out of a shop in Westbourne Road and ran, using the description by the owner, Armed Response Officer B17 caught the suspect hiding in the bush and arrested him.
- Information to our SSD (Specialised Service Desk) alerted us to a break-in of a vehicle, the suspect was caught, gloves and a knife were found on him.
- 1 suspect was arrested after an almost 2 hour ordeal where he broke into a business property by gaining access through the roof, Officers B24 and B26 persisted and eventually carried through with the arrest.
