Ultimate plunge exhilarates 97-year-old thrill-seeker
Taking the ultimate plunge and proving that one is never too old, a 97-year-old thrill-seeker has demonstrated his credo of living life to the full by becoming the world’s oldest bungy jumper yesterday.
And it wasn’t the first time for Mohr Keet, of George. He has now launched himself off the Bloukrans bridge outside Plettenberg Bay and set the same record no fewer than four times in the past nine years – but yesterday marked the first time it became official.
