Ist Dip in the ocean in honour of Pascelette Quirk

The 6th of February celebrated the re-opening of our beaches as  Plett folk head to Central Beach for an early morning dip.

This year the 1st dip of the month was held in honour of Pascelette Quirk and to celebrate her birthday.

The 1st of the Month Dip in the Ocean kicked off on the 1st December 2016, initiated by Pascelette Quirk. The swim is now held annually on the 1st of every month during the spring and summer in her honour and in support of Breast Cancer Awareness.
