Footsteps – Oopsy Daisy Angel a huge success!

Footsteps Preschoolers showcased their annual Christmas concert – Oopsy Daisy Angel on Saturday the 4 November 2017.

Parents, families and friends filled the hall in anticipation, waiting to catch a glimpse of their budding stars.

The Aunty Leigh Reign School of Dance kicked off the concert with their little ballerina’s enchanting us all with their graceful dance routines.

The children looked so sweet dressed up in their befitting costumes and once the ballerina’s were done, the rest of the school delighted us with their concert ‘Oopsy Daisy Angel’.

A very sweet story about a very clumsy and forgetful angel whose clothes were all scruffy and halo always crooked.

Oopsy Daisy’s job was to count the stars and one day he spotted a very special, extra bright star twinkling in the sky. He rushed back to the other angels very excitedly as he had a very important job to do. He had to tell Mary and Joseph the good news about the Baby Jesus who was going to be born in Bethlehem.

The concert then ended with a thrilling special Christmas Clap Hip Pop act, performed by the Grade R class.

Well done to all the teachers, staff and those involved for an absolutely amazing production!
