A 31 Bedroomed Guest House & Conference Facility situated in Paarl, seeks an Office Assistant with the following qualifications: Relevant Hospitality Management qualification is a strong advantage but not essential if experienced in the industry.

Duties will include the following: Bookings and Reservations. Replies to enquiries. Breakfast Service, Oversee Housekeeping, Checking in and out of Guests, Assisting the owners on a daily basis in the running of the Guest House.

The candidate must have the following skills:

Hands On. Pro-Active. Strong Administration skills. Ability to interact well with Clients & Guests both telephonically, over email and in person. Strong Admin and Computer Skills. Attention to detail and General all-rounder willing to work shifts & weekends.

Salary: Market Related, Dependant on Experience

Type: Permanent
