Getting Here
Paarl is situated right on the N1. To the North is the Huguenot Tunnel leading towards Worcester and on to Bloemfontein, Kimberley and Johannesburg. The gateway to the north!
Paarl is surrounded by Wellington (15km), Worcester (55km), Malmesbury (45km), Stellenbosch (25km) and Cape Town Northern Suburbs (30km).

Climate
Paarl has more of a Mediterranean climate with beautiful sunny days in summer and most of the rain in winter. Summer evenings in Paarl are very special.

There are great sundowner watering holes as well as many top notch restaurants in town. Many renowned Wine Farms provides the visitor with choice of Wine tasting and fine dining. Local shopping has a wide variety of beautiful hand made arts and crafts, art and sculpture, unusual clothing and much more – sure to give satisfaction to the avid browser. The Paarl Mall is on the southern part of town and provides for all the shopping needs of locals and visitors alike.
Paarl has two excellent golfing facilities which are close by namely Boschenmeer and Pearl Valley, and from Paarl you can easily have a round of golf in nearby Wellington or Stellenbosch.
